Post cruise week

We left on our cruise to the Bahamas on Jan 2 and returned to the port in Charleston, SC five days later. I posted that our daughter, Tammy had surgery the afternoon we got back. It went well, but nothing's ever typical with our girl. She's been in pain since then (almost a week ago now) and was at the ER Friday with a partial Ileus which is similar to a bowel obstruction. She's home and doing just a little better, still in pain. But we're still trusting God to heal her; I know He loves her even more than we do. We've all had a rotten head cold that has gone through most of the family. My husband had it during Christmas (which turned into pneumonia), our son got it midway through the cruise, I got it the night we got back to Charleston, our son in law got it the next day, and our granddaughter caught it from her boyfriend at Christmas. The only ones to escape so far are the two grandsons. But we're all getting better, just feel bad and coughing. I'm scheduled to sing a couple of specials at church next Sunday, so sure hope I can sing by then. Our grandson Nathan is enjoying his car he got for Christmas...came over yesterday for dinner and helped my husband pour concrete for a new walk way. Hope all y'all are well. Winters can breed a lot of nasty germs, so stay hydrated, don't touch your face or anywhere above your neck to maybe prevent getting germs inside you, rest when you don't feel well if you can, open windows when possible, and spray lots and lots of disinfectants!
