Chilly Morning + Dude Bird Watching

Had a good morning so far. Woke up to cool weather again. But the sun is shining nice and bright. Should get up in the 50s later. The birds are visiting the feeder. Five blue jays at one time. They love the peanuts. Funny how both cats like watching the small birds. They could care less about the larger ones. I think it is because if they were outside, the small ones would be the bird they would chase. The photo is the Dude watching the birds. Brendel is already napping. And the Dude is looking for the right spot, he will be out soon. Have errands and appointments today. Everyone have a great day!

@CarolDM It's nearly 5pm here, it's dark, raining and dismal. There's not much on TV and I feel a headache coming on since I've been online for about 4 hours now doing stuff with photographs. Might go to bed early

i hope yer weather stayed that pleasant, hon. 5 't a time? dang 't! since mr. squirrel left the premises back'n the summer, 'tis been most diff'cult to get good pics 'f the blue jays here. gigglin' o'er mr. dude layin' there, perhaps plottin' how to catch him a birdy, lol.

After I fed the birds this morning, I watched CJ, the rather handsome white cat from next door, watching the Thrushes eat. He was sort of hiding in the bare branches of a bush, so the birds could see him and weren't going to ground level for the dropped food
