we have kuushoku ,means school lunch in japan and trust me it is super delicious! and also it is very healthy !
they also decide and care the calorie of it! it is awesome.
till i came hereto have never tried it so i also haven't had school lunch in my country so i feel super happy.. btw it is just 2.5$ (can you believe it ? )
how about in your country ?

It's been a long time since I went to school but there were school lunches then. I'm not sure how healthy they were but they were often mocked. Having seen some things that are served now, though, our school meals were probably relatively healthy.
Nowadays, it depends on the school and the local authority. Most schools have the option of free school meals for people on very low incomes but I don't know what the cost is for those who have to pay. I've seen some healthy meals when I worked in nurseries. They were usually one set meal (sometimes, there was an option but that would have to be chosen beforehand) and a choice of fruit snack.
