I really have to give my applause to Jeopardy teen tournament winner Avi Gupta who won the grand prize of $100,000 dollars last summer.
Since Avi admires Alex Trebek who has been the host of Jeopardy since 1984 is currently battling pancreatic cancer which is at the 4th stage, Avi decided to donate more than $10,000 dollars to the Knight Cancer Institute in Oregon in honor of Alex Trebek as a way to thank him for his service in the entertainment business.
Avi, 18, is currently a freshman at Columbia University is showing his heart of kindness by using some of his winnings to raise awareness of pancreatic cancer by giving the medical profession the tools to do more research in finding a way for early detection of the disease.
Trebek is counting on the prayer warriors to assist him to continue to host a game show for the remainder of his current contract.
