Today, I am thankful for... (Jan. 16, 2020)

I am thankful for God's provisions. He alone gets the glory. The light bill is due. The car payment is due. My daughter has physical therapy and pitching lessons, both of which, cost money. Groceries and fuel for the cars are needed. My husbands check would cover most, but the little I made tutoring is needed to cover the rest. None of my parents has paid me this month. Some of them have not paid in several months. One of them has not paid a penny all year and there is always a sob story. I can't punish the kids because of the parent's lack of consideration and responsibility, so I trust God. And, as usual, God came through. For some reason, my husband had just a little extra on his check. My best friend gave me a card with money for my birthday. And my youngest daughter paid the physical therapy bill and put gas in all the vehicles. They all became vessels of God to meet a need. As some in my family face even greater obstacles, I am reminded the bigger the obstacle, the greater the power of God. And He will provide.
