This is My Kind of Cup of Coffee

Waking up this morning I knew I needed my first cup of coffee immediately. While waiting for the coffee to finish brewing I found this image on lovethispic and instantly knew - this is my kind of coffee cup. I stumbled to the coffee maker and quickly poured me a cup of that life-giving brew. Now that my eyes are open and functioning, I am now able to share this image with my MyLot friends. My hubby says, forget the big cup, fill the tub and grab a straw. He may be right. Not only would I get my fill of coffee but there is no doubt in my mind that I would end up wide awake and buzzing around. What about you? Could you use a gigantic cup of coffee in the morning?

M parents had super-sized coffee cups. I prefer to use the mug that matches my china and one cup is all I need.

I have a bunch of coffee mugs that I received throughout my years of teaching. When in doubt, give a mug for a gift. Everyone knew I was a coffee drinker.

I saw a Cathy comic once. She had an IV hooked up to the coffee pot while she sat at her desk. I hope you get enough coffee. Love the comic. I'm on my first cup of tea.

How funny is that. I have to see if I can find that image. I used to drink a ton of tea but switched mostly to coffee some4where along the way. But I still do enjoy my herbal teas.

You mean you don't just brew a pot of coffee and drink straight from the pot like I do? haha I have a coffee mug that seems almost as big as the one in your photo. Well, not quite that big, but I can probably put 4 cups of coffee in it at once! There are many mornings where I need that much coffee!

It's a thought but the hubby would object. He likes his coffee too. Love those bowl sized coffee mugs.

I wonder haw much caffeine would be contained in a cup this size. Most likely more than enough to keep me running in circles all day.

@HazySue I prefer Caffeinated in the morning and decaffeinated at night time. I don`t drink everyday at night time only when I feel to drink

Just take the whole coffee pot and drink out of that

. I'm good with just one mug full . . . and we just have it on weekends. I do have friends who would enjoy a tubful of coffee

I like coffee but I haven't had a cup in months, I usually don't miss it though as coffee is more likely to make me sleepy than wake me.

I used to drink it by the pot full when I worked the 4 to midnight shift in hopes it would keep me awake but I'd get sleepy at my station anyway @HazySue

No, thank you. The smell of the coffee in the morning makes me puke. Better in the afternoon after lunch. Enjoy your coffee. Nice photo.

I drink my coffee not only for the get up and go it provides but for the flavor. I used the half/caf blend by Maxwell House.

I am not a coffe drinker unlike my sister and brother-in-law that thinks the world would end if they did not have ther morning coffee. I am more of a tea drinker
