Leftover Dinners Are The Best Breakfast.

I love having dinner leftovers. It just saves 30 good minutes from my life the next day. Today I had some pasta from last night's dinner that was left over. I cooked this late night when I was still feeling little hungry after my dinner. Do you prepare extra food sometimes so you can use it as breakfast next day? Or you need your breakfast piping hot every morning. Well, I can do any adjustments until I get small amount of time to sit back in the morning.

When we cook pasta, expect it to last for at least 2 days - that's 3 meals in a day and not to mention the portions that we give away. I wonder why we have that habit of cooking so much.

I do the same with my fried rice. I will make sure I will make it in such a way that it will last the next day for three if not atleast two meals. Trust me it’s a big relief.

@Archie0 yes, it saves a lot of time. Imagine that you need not cook for several meals or even the whole day.

No, I just prepare my breakfast from scratch every morning.

I usually prepare muffins or waffles in advance to have them ready for breakfast. Pasta is not something we would eat for breakfast.
