Crazy Things Seem to Happen to Me

Palm Beach turned into a wonderful day. My husband took the photo of me with my brother and sister-in-law.
My sister-in-law has recovered from breast cancer. I wanted to do something extra nice for her, so treated her to everything she bought. I even had a bag of cosmetic samples and perfumes made up for her. Next week we are booked for massages, manicures, and pedicures, my treat! She had us worried sick, but is a nurse, and made sure she received treatment immediately.
Dinner was great, but a bit crazy.
A couple at a nearby table chimed into our conversation quite a few times.
Friends from our condo walked into the restaurant with their houseguest. They stopped to chat with us, but also knew that other couple who chimed into our conversations.
At dinner, we met a film producer and his sister. They were so friendly. The sister lived in my home state, Paris, and now Palm Beach. She asked me repeatedly if I was a swimmer, and I don’t know why.
Before she left, she handed me her card and wants to get together for lunch. I may just do it.
Crazy things like this always happen to me.
Do you think I should ask my sister-in-law to join us?

@Tina30219 Her card is still somewhere in my handbag. I’m going to read and relax today. I’ll look for it tomorrow and decide.

@DianneN yeah, my Samsung keyboard is the pits and now I need to remember what I was trying to say. I will try to fix it momentarily.

Your lunch sounds delightful. Those are the best kind of dinners when the conversation is good from all parties even the unexpected ones.
I think you should ask your sister-in-law. I think she would love it.
I'm so glad she's a cancer survivor. That's a great picture of you with your brother and sister-in-law. I love the beautiful jacket you found for the cooler weather.

Many, many thanks.
The dinner turned out to be extra fun, although we were having a great time without the interference. lol
Besides the divorce and losing Doodles, I spent months worrying about my poor sis in law. 2019 was not a good year.

You always have such good times and always make new friends. You are such a good sister-in-law to do all that for your sister-in-law. I think you should ask your new friend if it's OK to include your sister-in-law first before you go to lunch.
