Soked or Raw Almonds

Almonds have lot of health benefits. Almonds contain healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and vitamin E.
They are good for lower cholesterol levels and reduced blood sugar. They are good for a healthy brain.
There are different way you can eat it. One can eat soaked almond and one can eat raw almonds. Which one do you prefer and why?

When you put almonds in juice it become very thick.

You can try soaking them I water. It will become soft and the test also become little different.

I have never had soaked almonds. It doesn't sound very good actually.
