All the interesting things

I have a problem.
I am interested in too many things and have too little time to dig deep into them.
Here are a few: music (my job; and I play pipe organ, recorder, flute and piano), languages (I use English and Japanese daily but I want to learn Indonesian, Chinese and Tagalog), seismology and volcanology (that's my spare time hobby), biology (not using much), eating healthy gluten free foods (necessity), charities, theology and reading the Bible (yes, do that every day), etc. You'd think that is enough, but now I'm interested in learning how to identify rocks and minerals...
What pile of interesting things would you like to have time to pursue?

Good for you. You will never be bored with all these interests. I'd like more time to devote to learning French at least and maybe some other languages.

I have the very same "problem" - there is so much to do/learn on this planet, how can one possibly get to all of them? I want to brush up on my Japanese and Spanish . . . as well get better at Farci (Persian), Mandarin . . . and learn Tagalog, Vietnamese, Korean, Russian - a whole host of languages. Gardening and landscaping. Learning to sing with a vocal coach. Get back into figure skating. Get back into dancing. Cooking more vegan as a non-vegan can. The list goes on!!!!!

Well, I could teach you singing and Japanese if you want to come visit. I will watch your figure skating because I would land on my rear and break my tailbone if I tried it.
My wanting to learn Chinese is practical since we get a lot of Chinese visitors at Sakurajima (Volcano) Visitor Center, but half of them speak Mandarin and the other half Cantonese so I can't decide. I can read traditional Chinese characters because of Japanese, but those "simplified" ones simply confuse me (and all other Japanese speakers).

@petatonicsca Oh wow - my dad is from Kagoshima - I have heard about Sakurajima while growing up and we even had a painting of it at my parents' house. I understand Japanese but it is more difficult for me to speak it . . . actually I write it better than I can speak it. I learned Mandarin in college (I guess that is the National language) - but I barely remember. I did well with the kanji's too, and the grammar was oddly more like English to me . . . speaking with intonations was difficult - and listening comprehension was even more difficult.

I want to do creative things like drawing, rock painting, and such but I never seem to have time to do these things. I work so hard at my writing every day but I do sometimes take the time to do some reading

Drawing is something I'm bad at. I would love to learn to do sculpture or work with clay.

@Moon24 and I are going to say, yes, God exists. As a musician I can feel his presence and worship him. As a scientist I stand in awe of nature and know there has to be a creator behind all of it.

Wow you have a lot of interests. I would like to do crosstitching, painting and sketching but I don't have the energy. Most is invested on my day job. I can't even go to work Monday to Friday.

Theology? Nice. I also have a degree in theology (Hebrew/Old Testament Studies). What do you study?
