Adopt! not Shop!

Whilst i was watching some random videos on YouTube, a channel came in my recommended videos and got me really curious. This YouTube Channel is from an organization called "Hope for Paws". It's amazing that despite that harsh reality, there are people that gave faith to these little furry friends that are either lost or abandoned by their owner.
This got me into a realization that it's better to adopt a pet than owning one from a local breeder. It does not only help these poor creatures but also, giving them a family again.
Photo screengrab from "Hope for Paws" please support them when you can!

This is a subject very close to my heart. i have only ever rescued my pets and have two older dogs that came from a shelter at the moment. One is completely blind and the other was so nervous when I adopted her but they are both happy dogs and I am glad that I took them on.

@StyleWithSense Aww Thank you, that's a really nice comment and makes me feel good.
I read that in Finland people are not allowed to buy dogs until all the shelters are empty. That's how it should be in all countries.

@sprite1950 You are very welcome! I hope countries like mine does that, it's just sad that some places here in the Philippines needs to regulate that law but there are non-profit that helps in aide of these little fellas. You're story is really nice and inspiring! Thank you.

same. It's quite sad that these little innocent ones are either neglected or lost by their owners. It's good that some people lends a hand on them and help them find a forever home or track their lost pup.

I also believe that there are so many animals out there that need a home and people should adopt rather than spend money on buying a pet.

That is so true! These fellas are either neglected or got lost by their previous owner. They've been through a tough time and it's just fitting that someone could get back their faith to humanity by adopting them. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. :)

@Hannihar couldn't agree more! It would be a safe place for humanity if people just think of that way. Thanks for your comment!

I bought Luna, but not from a breeder. She was not an expensive dog but a puppy owned by someone who had a German shepherd pet.
