Yesterday I visited a government agency to see if I could get some help with medical. bills and such. After all the disappointment and misinformation I have gotten recently from several very prominent agencies I was not really expecting much.
I almost didn't even bother going. But, decided to give it one more try. When I arrived I was ushered in with a smile. My request was met with compassion and willingness to do what they could to help.
By the time I left the agency I was filled with hope that maybe I would finally be able to get the help I needed. Of course it will take a week to 10 days to get any type of decision but still, there was a ray of hope.
So, maybe this time, all will work out and I can get the medical help I need. It was a long road to this point but I do not regret trying to untangle all of the red tape that is involved in dealing with the government.
Hopefully this will be the end of the road for me when it comes to searching for the help I need.

If it works, and I hope it does, maybe you can share what you did with @crazyhorseladycx. She's been fighting the system for a long time now without hope in sight.

@crazyhorseladycx I am just getting started. I know there are many more mountain to climb to get what I need. Hope if find a way to get what you need.

Hope it all works out for you. Yep the fun of dealing with the government on anything. To think some people want free government healthcare for all. That is the type thing they will deal with anytime they need to see a doctor. Personally I do not care to deal with that kind of mess everytime I need to see a doctor.

It seems like a good start and hope it goes well from there.
