What a waste of time

I spent time yesterday and again today putting figures into my quickbooks program so I could finish reconciling may of 2019 and realized when I was almost done that I did some of or all wrong. I may just delay or all or I may try to figure what was done incorrectly and delete just that portion. I need to try to be more consistent so I don't forget how to do it correctly. Other than that I feel like I'm making progress because I'm accomplishing things on my list. Other things but something just the same. My daughters fiance may have found a better place to live until they're marriedwhich means I won't need to move everything around as I thought, but I may do a little bit more yet. Just not this week.

I hope you can figure everything out. We haven’t received all that we need, but will hand it all to our account when we do.

I'm not sure yet how I'll do it but I have time since I'm back home a bit before my drs appt. It will work out I'm just glad I noticed what I did now. I "lost" a payment last year that was in the bank statement but never made ire in mine even though I have that I got the payment. I've looked several placesand later had more ideas odd where tho look for our within the program itself. At least I don't have to look through my papers in the house which is a job in itself.

@MarshaMusselman My husband is in charge of all that paperwork. He’s pretty good at it and has to be. It’s too confusing for me. Good luck!

I do not envy you having to do those records with quickbooks. Once they are married will they find a place to live together?

Yes. He owes rent until June in the place he's been but if he gets it sub leased then he can save what he's paying. The place he will live in is owned by a couple thatdidn't intend to get a renter anyway.

Hope you can figure out your QuickBooks and don't have to start over. I don't even have all my stuff together yet for the taxes

That's what this is for too. First I finish my monthly paperwork and then compile what's needed to see the tax guy.

Thanks. At least I noticed my mistake. At few days ago I wasn't able to find where I put something and searching for it didn't do much either.
