$105.36 and that S word everyone hates + $982

Good News We only have to pay $105.36 at the moment for the assessment. Bad News It may be up to $400.00 once all is said and done. Fantastic News It's doing that S word that everyone hates! Yep, it's snowing at the moment! I am so excited for this as well. It isn't going to stick, but it's pretty to look at! I wrote earlier today about our heating. Apparently it's a bearing in the fan that is just wearing down. It's safe to run the heat, but we will have to replace the bearing. *Edited to add that we now know to expect $982 as the price to pay.

It started out as snow and rain, then switched to snow. After awhile it went to just rain. It didn't stick, though there was some little accumulation, the rain rinsed it all off the grass. Maybe it'll snow for you guys later. I'm not sure where the front came from.

Well, it won't be me paying it, thankfully. I would have gotten another quote, but I do think these are the best guys in the industry.

@RebeccasFarm Wow, that's hot! Our ten day says we could get that hot, but I am secretly hoping for more snow. It's stopped for now.

Our furnace had to have a part replaced, it was making a strange noise. Yet, it was working fine! Our meteorologist says there's another storm heading our way. We will hear about it tonight, on the 6:00P weather report.

@kobesbuddy That is quite a lot of snow! I wish I had a picture on this computer of the most snow we've had in recent years.

It sounds a lot of money for me. I don´t think we will get snow here this winter. We have !2°C today. Warm for winter season.

The temperatures you are experiencing are also temperatures we have experienced this season. Yet, here we are with snow. We've been colder at night, but have been as warm as 12 degrees celsius if not warmer on some days.

@LindaOHio Right? It's a lot of money. I'm not paying it, however, so I don't have a say in it.
