In my hometown New York City you can find one of the most luxurious public bathrooms. This one is funded by private donors and has two stalls for men and three for women.
What is so special? This restroom by Bryant Park has fresh flowers in it daily, there are paintings, and classical music for background ambiance. Light filters in from frosted windows. The building itself is a historic landmark.
Unfortunately, you might just have to stand on line to get inside and get some restroom culture.

That's quite special. All I really need is a restroom that is CLEAN.
