The day after! Men Versus Women!

Miami couldn't have paid even with all the money they made over the weekend from the Super Bowl for the great publicity they got for free starting with the perfect weather. It was sunny and warm during the day and then cool for the game but that's not what I want to discuss.
Twitter was lit up with outraged parents regarding the dress and behavior of Shakira and Lopez! What I don't understand is where were the parents when men started all the crotch grabbing decades ago? Where was the outrage when it became part of Michael Jackson's choreography? What about all the sexual innuendo from the rap singers?
These two Latina Ladies entertained the audience in the bowl and to millions of TV viewers plus most of the critics said it was one of the best halftime Super Bowl shows ever. The twitter critics even gave Lopez a dressing down because her daughter and a group of children were on stage with her singing "Born In The U.S.A." and everyone else said they stole the show!
Women yell for equality and yet when one of their own stands on their own and out does what men do they bring them down! Why do they have different standards for men and women and yet that is their biggest accusation against men?
Discuss--oh puhleeze discuss.

@GreatMartin I fully agree with you, some women are ridiculous in our days. What do they want? To have equal rights does not mean to be "like men", keep your identity silly women!!!

@LadyDuck I am against vulgarity by either men or women which is why I avoid most of today's 'comics'

And why do women comics have to imitate men by using 4+ letter words in their routines? To show they can be as vulgar as men are??? UGH!

Love this year's Superbowl Halftime Show.
Both J.Lo and Shakira brought their A-game!
Gender equality is a touchy subject but in this day and age, both genders would fine something at fault and cry foul.

Okay we know men aren't too bright (so women tell us and I won't argue) but why do women verbally beat up other women especially when they accomplish something that has never been done before!!

@GreatMartin I guess I'm also one to complain about women's dress and dancing on TV. I'm always asking why they have to act like that? See my post baby love, this is the supremes. This is how we should look and act. Some respect please.

@db20747 But do you complain about the men's dress and dancing on TV?
It's like the female comics who seem to show they can use 'f' and 'c' words throughout their routine like the men do--is that equality?!?!?
