My splurge for this week

Do you ever just buy something that you don't need, just because? Well, I was referred by a co-worker to this local specialty olive oil (and balsamic vinegar) shop that has a crazy variety of "infused" olive oils and balsamic vinegars.
This place has all vegan BACON-flavored olive oil, but also the following flavors: sun-dried tomato, onion, garlic, Italian, and many others. Their varieties of balsamics I haven't looked at, but I know they have several fruity kinds.
I made an expensive purchase of a few samplers, 60 mL bottles which were $7 each, but I should get a few uses out of them. I bought the BUTTER infused, ONION and SUNDRIED TOMATOES variety. I haven't used any of them, but I will be!
Do you ever used these flavored/infused olive oils? Or what has been your "splurge" lately?

My brother cooks so maybe. That sounds interesting, I know he definitely uses olive oil do not think its the vegan type though.

I have purchased those before. I have one that I got from a HS club that was selling infused vinegar as a fundraiser. There is also a store I know that specializes in olive oil and vinegar. I bought some of the little samplers as Christmas presents in glass bottles, and promptly broke one of the bottles..

I'd love to browse in that shop. I must not splurge until I've moved- about two years from now!! I hope to still have my sanity by the time we are moved.
