My Ramblings + Dog Mystery Solved!

Let's start with the Dog Mystery shall we? Dog Mystery You may recall that I've made two discussions about dogs I've seen out loose in the neighborhood. Today I saw a man with one of the dogs that I had seen before. He didn't have a leason on the dog, but the dog did seem to belong to him. I am pretty sure it was one of the dogs I've seen before. I am wondering if the man lives in one of the houses above ours and followed the dog through the woods? CrateJoy + Already picked out gifts I was looking through Cratejoy today and came across a subscription box I want to get a friend of mine for her Birthday. It's disney themed, and she loves disney! I already picked out a booze filled meat subscription box for another friend. Now, I may not end up getting either of them these boxes, but I think they'd like them. Panini Maker Some of our kitchen appliances are stored in a seldom used bathroom closet. The closet is half kitchen appliances / cake serving dish and half extra linen. I saw that we had one panini maker, but upon further inspection, apparently we have two! One of them can technically grill meats, but it can be used for making paninis (grilled sandwiches) too. What's for dinner? When I was a little kid, one of my favorite things to eat were pepperoni and cheese grilled sandwiches. We would have them after going to the pool. Today I bought pepperoni, bread, and some cheese that I will slice up. I also bought a couple of cans of soup and will heat that to go with our feast. What's going on your dinner table?

@amitkokiladitya Ah yes, I feel the same way when I am very hungry. I usually eat early, around 5 pm. When it's any later, I get hungry and grumpy.

What is a panini maker??? You can grill one panino (or two panini), but to make a panino you must knead the dough and make the bread.

Here, a panini maker is just a sandwich toaster. That's what the brands (like hamilton beach) call them.

@LadyDuck I didn't actually know it was called a panini maker. From the time I was a child, I just called it the grilled cheese toaster.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Thank you, I never heard of it, I was just wondering how can someone use a small appliance "to make a panino". Panini is also a brand in Italy, they make stickers for the sport albums.

I could have gotten spinach leaves (for salads) for free if I bought walnuts for $4. I had considered it. What do you put on your salads?

@BarBaraPrz That sounds really delicious. I like salads like that, but I don't often have them like that. Another thing I've put on my salad is mild guacamole salsa. It's not too spicy, but it compliments grilled chicken, lettuce and tomato very well.

@LindaOHio Oh that's awesome! The pizza place I order from offers salads, subs and chicken too. I get salad or chicken mostly. I use a coupon code every time, and we get points towards a $10.00 off coupon every time we order.

@Ajy78613 I was married to a man who could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and often times did. I got sick of it real quick.
