My husband and I were chased by a stray dog last night.

Last night when we went home from my husband's office, we used our motorcycle and a stray dog just appeared in the dark and chased us as in he really wanted to bite us. I love dogs but at that moment my husband and I were so defensive we could have hurt the dog if he reached our feet since he was so fast. the dog was one of the pets of the neighboring office care takers. what an irresponsible owner he is!

I agree that the owner is an irresponsible, the dog should bite someone, this could be dangerous for a kid.

What a frightening experience. It's good that you got away, you could have been seriously hurt. Where I live we have a leash law and I've never seen a stray dog roaming around. But I've seen coyotes in the middle of the night roaming the streets. You're lucky that dog didn't get close enough to bite you. Something should be done about the owner, he's very irresponsible.

it's the rabies we are so.afraid of. i am.afraid of injections too. i got.injected in 2013 because of cat scratches

Yeah they should have him leashed and not roam around like that. I think that they ought to know that their dog are aggressive and should be leashed and should be walked around since most aggressive dogs are caused by being caged all the time that is why when they are able to be unleashed they can go out of control and can be harmful to passerby.

Thanks Rebecca, i really got mad at the owner because he was aware his dogs were chasing us. There were two, but the most agressive was the spotty one.
