The cassava pudding that is called cassava cake

Let me share the finished product now. From the ground to the processing table now comes the baked cassava pudding that is popularly known as cassava cake. It has a lot of young coconut so the taste of cassava seemed to be dominated. But still, it is delicious and nice for dessert or snack.
Half of that in the picture would be brought to my wife's sister whose children are the fans of my cassava cake.
