Third life for a small red cabbage.

Before Tania went for her holiday, she came for lunch and I made red cabbage cooked in caramelized onions with added diced apples. It was served the way my grampa liked: with a potato and a smoked bratwurst. Very German as he was.
I used less than a half so that when Claudia came, I cooked the same dish for her. And I still had a lot of cabbage. I had it in that plastic wrap so nothing bad happened to it.
So today, for dinner, I prepared the most delicious coleslaw. Have you noticed that in restaurants they serve you a tiny bit? But I am eating all I want as this will be my dinner. And I will have more for tomorrow,
