Days with special meaning

We all have some days we will always remember. It can be our birthday, a holiday, our wedding day, the day we met someone important, or just a normal day that became special for some reason. I am not always good with memorable moments, but I will always remember the day I married my husband, the first day of our life as a family. What is your own special day that you will always remember?

It's very special yes. I wasn't dreaming of it since I was a little girl, but the right moment came and it happened. And I was unexpectedly very emotional on that day.

My special day is when my grandson was born. I was in the room and I saw him born. I cried when I saw him. It was the most memorable moment of my life.

@besweet My daughter was unmarried. The father didn’t want the responsibility. He fled after he heard that my daughter was pregnant. So I had to be there for her and her son. I guess that’s what made the moment so memorable. That made me cry.

You were in the delivery room? That must have been a unique experience indeed! I thought it was a priviledge only for the husbands to live this moment, you were lucky to be there!

It's strange how we connect our memories with songs, sounds and smells! Then we can revisit the happy moments any time just by repeating a simple song that is connected to that special day.
