I started following a no gluten diet because I read that it could help a lot with pain due to arthritis.
But it seems that it is going to have a couple of good side effects. Although there are several carbs you can eat, as I´m used to wheat bread, I am not eating anything instead of it. And that will mean, slowly but surely I hope, less weight.
And less weight means less pain in your knees. And probably in your feet also.
Dreams! This is daydreaming for the moment but who knows.
And now that the day is gone, let us go to sleep. Sleep tight friends. See you tomorrow.

I hope the no bread helps my pains. But it said that you could eat rice and potatoes.

You mean Humberto, my doctor friend? I haven´t asked. As for gluten, I suppose that any source of carbs is fine as long as you eat other kinds of food too.

Best to get rid of the 'nightshade' family of vegetables to reduce the inflammation.

I hope it works out for you and helps your arthritis. I also eat whole wheat bread and it would be hard to give it up.

Oh well, nothings perfect!
