Huge number of elephants are nurtured in Pinawella Elephant Orphanage.

February 22, 2020 7:15pm CST
The Pinawella Elephant Orphanage in Sri Lanka is a fabulous place for propagation of elephants. The orphan elephants are brought over there and given food and kept in favourable habitat. They are taken for bath in the neighbouring river. Many visitors who come to Pinawella come to visit the orphanage to see the art of propagation of elephants.

@sathviksouvik I also think that it is a good idea to have those TV shows about wildlife so that people understand they should be cared for.

When you use the word propagation what do you mean?
23 Feb 20
Thanks Rebelann it means that the elephants are brought to the orphanage in the child stage and then they are nurtured, given food and kept in the orphanage for further growth.
