I watch a lot of sports news so they are talking a lot about the "Miracle on Ice". I wasn't born yet, so I have no memory of it. However, I remember being sad when Don Knotts passed away years ago. The Andy Griffith Show was my dad's favorite.

I loved watching Don Knotts, he was an excellent actor in both these rolls! And in the 'Incredible Mr. Limpet'

@marlina It was a hen-pecked husband, whose dream was to become a fish. It happened and he fell deeply in love with 'Lady Fish!' It was an awesome movie:)

I'm a sucker for tortilla chips and salsa when we go out for Mexican. There are times I joke we should just eat the chips and salsa and when they ask if we are ready to order we just say, "No thanks, we're full," and walk out.

We've always been tempted to "appetizer it" when we go to Red Lobster. Just eat appetizers until we're full...lobster pizza, stuffed mushrooms, clam strips, etc.

@LindaOHio But of course, this still negates the joke since the appetizers would not be free. But I will admit, some of those appetizers are literally meals.
