It was a long weekend with yestersay feeling and seeming especially long, I didnt really feel like cooking a big meal. It worked out though because we had pizza for lunch kind of late in the day and both kids wanted breakfast for dinner.
We had eggos and sausage. Easy, kept the kids happy and minimal clean up afterwards.
What did you have for dinner last night?

We do it weekly usually. But we do different things, pancakes, french toast, biscuits and gravy, all kinds of different things.

Depending on what you buy. But so is ground beef and pork if you do it right
