A pizza owner in New York is raising awareness to adopt pets

A marketing idea that should be used by many companies.

I really like the idea of Just Pizza and Wing owner Mary Alloy who received an idea from Kimberly LaRussa who is employed by the Niagara Falls Society For the Prevention of Cruelty To Animals (SPCA) to raise awareness that dogs as well as cats want to be adopted to live in a loving home. Any customer who answers the ad that is placed on the top of a pizza box in Amherst New York and adopts a pet from the SPCA in Niagara Falls get a $%0 gift certificate from the pizzeria to purchase a pizza from her store as a thank you. So far the flyers on top of the pizza boxes feature dogs since the program is new. Mary plans to have images of cats to be placed on the top of the pizza boxes so cats can have their chance to be adopted. It is funny that an independent pizza company uses these marketing tricks to boost sales since Mary has volunteered her time at the SPCA on her spare time.

This is a laudable kind of a project. I like the idea. Dogs and cats have also the right to live just humans.

This is a great and innovative initiative! Any public figures on how many pets have been adopted through this program?
