Meal Plan for the Week (3/9/20 - 3/15/20)

I don't usually make a plan for each day specifically, but I do like to have things in mind to have throughout the week.
So, what am I planning on for the new week?
1. Fried eggs & sausage, can't go wrong with that.
2. Hard boiled eggs - going to try to make some again. If I succeed, they will mostly be turned into deviled eggs or egg salad.
3. Liver - I didn't eat all of the liver I made last week, so I froze some of it. I can have that with some eggs or something.
4. Pork Chops in the air fryer/oven.
5. I have plenty of ground beef, so plan for at least 1 meal with that. Chili or tacos maybe.
6. Maybe I will get to making some chaffles this week.
7. I bought some "Keto" mug cakes so might try one of those.
So far that is all I have on the list. I should get back to having my Keto chow, it would at least help get some of the nutrients I need.
Any ideas of meals/foods to add to the list - besides veggies, fruits, grains, etc?
