What FLOWER is this?

I did some errands this morning and saw these blooms. I asked my family members and they can't figure out what is it? Well, I tried to have reinforcement with Mr. Google. I really can't pinpoint since there are lots of kinds. To make my life easier, can you help me out? Do you like flowers in your place or garden? This is a bouquet not a flower, there are some roses and the red one is bromelia.

@LadyDuck I think it resembles the Daphne. I tried to research further and it seems like wild roses.

@Shavkat In this case it could be a Daphne partly still closed and partly in full bloom.

I have an app in my phone. Just now I used it to scanned your photo and it seems this flower is called clerodendrum philippinum. Frankly, I haven't seen this flower yet.

You said it right. I think it is clerodendrum philippinum. It is also called "cashmere bouquet." It's very rare here too.
