Coffee Time!

Good morning/evening Mylotters! I wanted to take a few minutes to check in here with you. I have been busy and have not been here on myLot very much. I still have notifications in my box and will continue to work on those.
I'm having coffee this morning and fixing to get my second cup. The sun is coming up and I'm ready to start my day. I am hoping for another beautiful and sunny day. Yesterday was perfect! Our high was in the high 70's and no rain! We are supposed to hit the 80's by the end of the weekend.

We are going to practice staying at home for the next few weeks. Mom has an appointment at her cardiologists but we are cancelling due to all the panic out there. Cases tripled in Baton Rouge over night the other night...Friday I believe so not going to take any chances. She is doing good and just needs her blood pressure meds refilled. This should have been taken care of when I went to the pharmacy last week. She had two refills left and they said nope, none but we faxed the doctor's office. These people are crazy and about to drive me nuts!

@LindaOHio I agree and I'm in the autoimmune "at risk" category. So best to stay home and away from people. It seems like every time we go there people are sick and coughing. There are more than ten doctors in this practice and the waiting room is for everyone, so a lot of exposure there.

@kareng I hope you get the meds situation straightened out. It's best for her to stay away from people. We are in that "elderly" group and plan on being cautious.

@DocAndersen I enjoy a cup out of the blue sometimes. I had one today mid-afternoon. I enjoy it at nights sometimes also.

@wolfgirl569 Weather at noon said our rain will be back next week. Bummer!! We should still have good temperatures though. I'm hoping it will get in line with afternoon showers and not be all day and all night affairs!

@kareng We are staying in the 50 to 60 range mostly. Very good for this time of year.

@JohnRoberts You're getting my old weather! We had a nice week last week with temperatures in the 70's and 80's and only a sprinkle for rain. Next week promises a bit more rain but not every day! Yay!
