My weekend is shot

Well they cancelled the nba, the nhl, and now the next two weeks of nascar. I have no clue why the whole country is in a panic. Back in the 80s we were all partying going to concerts and having a great time. in the 90s it was still good when I first got married. in the 2000s we bought our first and second house and all was great. in the 2010s the economy dropped and the foreclosure hit after the layoffs. now in 2020 they have a virus that has taken over the country by cancelling school,sports, and widespread panic. When will the madness end?

That is what I am wondering why all sports around our nation have been either suspended or cancelled. No March Madness is like a beauty pageant without a talent, bathing suit and talent competition.
