Actually it is a rhetorical question haha, I think they have exaggerated a little with the toilet paper in some countries, that what it leads to is excases, I say from experience, I know that you can not be leaving and for those who are in quarantine It is impossible to believe that they spend so much paper unless I have a family of 20 people at home. In this case it is a precaution to the extreme I would say ..

No idea myself the Spanish are quite theartrical about this and they are doing peroladas from their flats oh well hope it all ends well.

Haha it has actually become funny with people getting violent over toilet papers. We use dipper, water and soap for that purpose.
