Our city mayor put our city on state of calamity and community quarantine in line with the sudden surge on number of positive people with the virus. Curfew is also imposed. Some business establishments on a specific industry are also mandated not to operate except to those sources of food and supply including also the drugstores. I passed this night on one area supposed to be center of leisure for people particular on Sundays but there are only few people spotted on the area. I know this is for the good of everyone. And we are here to adhere. The crisis begins.

We can just ask the question for now. Solutions are on the works, when? That I don't know. Hope it's not too late.

@ZedSmart We will have to wait and see what happens. Here, they are now asking people that are over 70 not to go out.

Unfortunately the crisis is the reaction more than the virus itself. But if they mandate it, I guess you have to do it. As of this writing they are reporting 11 deaths from Coronavirus in the Philippines. Doesn't seem like a crisis number in a population of 109 million people. Especially considering reported CASES of it are only 140 people.

Before this, there at least 4 and then 10 and in few days only the number is growing rapidly. Reported positive people may just a little of a fraction of the population but the number of pending tests could add more. It would also be necessary to put things like that, being them as officials and authority since there are also people coming in from areas not only from metropolis and other provinces but people also working abroad affected who are sent home. Monitoring and investigation of these people has taken place so that any problem can be address immediately.

@ZedSmart We cannot overwhelm out healthcare institutions. So I think it is just right to contain this. In just a matter of days, we seen the exponentional growth of transmission.
