Meal Plan for the Week & Update | March 15th

March 15, 2020 10:28pm CST
Hey everyone, how are you all doing? For those interested - I did go up on the scale to 180.4. I may go up again because of what I ate today, but I plan to be back to my low carb eating tomorrow. The latest news here is that schools in my district will go Monday and Tuesday then will start Spring break early - so no school after the 17th until at least the 30th. Anyways....what will I have this week for meals? Breakfasts will most likely be some sausage patties, 1 egg and if I need more will add some turkey bacon. If I run out of eggs and can't buy any right away then I will have Keto Chow shakes instead. May go ahead and make some of those just to have for a change up. Still will have my normal can of tuna mixed with mayo and no sugar added ketchup. I may take out some salmon to have that as a change this week. Since we have lots of ground beef, I should make something with that this week. Most likely low carb tacos or a beanless chili. As always, will probably have some Chuck Tender steak and pork chops sometime this week as well. I bought some new mug cake mixes from Duncan Hines that are "Keto" so may try some of those this week too. What do you think of those ideas? If you were doing a carnivore/low carb kind of diet what would you have? The image is mine - it is another kaleidoscope design I made.

@just4him So far still we can....but not sure about the future. I did find 2 dozen at the gas station, should have bought both lol....but I bought 1. So at least I have 17 eggs now instead of 5.

With what I am hearing we won't even be able to leave the house. So guess I won't be getting any eggs.

I think it all sounds good. We have a lot of frozen meat of different sorts just in case we can't go no where for awhile.

Glad to hear that! That's good to be stocked up on the frozen meats. Hopefully it won't come to that. I couldn't handle that myself.

@hillhjill Well I say Eff that lol.....Being forced to be stuck inside would make me have a mental breakdown. I could, I never heard of them.

Because of the virus and the media telling us of food shortages, we'll all be losing weight!

Well that sounds healthy....and well if that is what you need to be regular then that is good. Eating no greens I don't have any problems lol
