I am here at the office and there are no open cafes or restaurants. Getting around town is impossible because I can't drive hence I don't have a car or motorcycle and public transportation had been suspended. Besides the food centers are closed.
I hope I can go home soon so I can eat. All these inconvenience are okay with me as long as I dont contract the virus. But I am having a mild cough. I think this is an allergic or immune reaction due to lack of sleep, worry and fatigue. But I can't get it out of my mind of the possibility that I might have the virus. I'm ashamed I am coughing here at work.

Don't be ashamed of your cough. If you have the opportunity, have yourself tested in the nearest health center. It is free.

That is right. For sure this will go away tomorrow because everything seems to be settled at the moment compared to the turbulence of news during the past week.

@Alexandoy That is true. Even just now, it has stopped. I have eaten, lied on the bed and listening to relaxing music. I ate a ponkan fruit as well.

The virus has everyone on edge for sure. It must be difficult without suitable transportation. But these precautions will keep people apart and hopefully slow the number infected.

Yes that is what the government said this is to discourage movement. I hope they give provisions though like food and necessities.

We have the same feeling. I have a slight cold and itchy throat and it bothers me and worry me. Hope your cough get well soon. What is your work?

Wow you have a scientific/ medical explanation. I have stopped coughing right now. I just have to think relaxing thoughts and stop worrying about anything.
