Health Journey 2020 - Day 77 | March 17th

Hey everyone, hope you are all doing well. I am back to share about my health/food journey. Weigh in? Yesterday - 183.4 Today: 182.8 Blood sugars: Fasting - 164 Meal 1 - 148 Meal 2 - 195 (oops) Meal 3 - 74 What did I eat? Meal 1 - Just had some snacks since I was on the go 1 Slim Jim jerky 1 Mozzarella cheese stick Mix of white chocolate and milk chocolate chips (sugar free though) Meal 2 - NOT low carb 1/2 cup of potatoes 1/2 serving of cheddar cheese 1 battered cod and some trout THEN I had 1 slice of chocolate pie (not low carb). Bad I know, but it's rare that my family has this pie. Meal 3 2 "low carb" tortilla shells & a serving of cheddar jack cheese (Made a "low carb" quesadilla). What were my macros for the day? Calories - 1,416 Protein - 71 Fat - 84 Net Carbs - 88 (total - 122) So yes, definitely not a Keto day....not even really a low carb day. I will try to make tomorrow Keto though. How did you all do today with food?

It could be worse. I think you did all right. I did well for food and exercise yesterday.

@just4him But I enjoyed the pie, LOL. I need to make a low carb version....but that won't be till after all the craziness is over....well unless I can make it without eggs....I'll have to look up the recipe.

KEEPING TRACK OF IT ALL IS A GOOD IDEA, IT WILL HELP YOU FIGURE WHERE YOU GO WRONG AND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU

@MommyOfEli2013 Mine hasn't been checked for almost a year! LOL My doctor's office is closed, only emergencies are being taken care of. The rest of us get ignored

I haven't had mine checked since October, I don't go back to the doctor till April (which may get changed) so still waiting for it to be tested again.

@MommyOfEli2013 faith and hope are not different, if you have hope that when you step out of your house, you will come back safe, it is the same as faith.
