First Day of Break - March 18th

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I thought I would share a photo of Eli for you all to enjoy (well those that like seeing him). He was being so silly this day so I had to get a photo of him.
Today was Eli's first day of break. Here they will check things out next Friday (the 27th) and see if they will go back or if the break will be longer. I am expecting longer, but I guess time will tell. It's not as bad here as many other places.
Eli spent time hanging out with us....and did some home work that the teacher sent through the seesaw app on the school's iPad. The kids that went yesterday were sent home with an iPad to work on till they go back. He had to draw some shapes, and count some things, and send videos back of him doing that. I think that is pretty cool! The teacher can comment on the videos and tell them if they did well, or need to work on something more.
So if you have kids in school that are on break do they have something similar, or online school work if they are older?

He is so cute and has such an impish grin. I am sure he thinks this is all in good fun and no school yipee. Glad there is work he can do at home,

Thank you! And he does enjoy learning with the iPad....and he loves not going to school! I didn't know that they'd give him any "homework" to do with him just being in kindergarten.
