I confess to being lazy. Changing the menu.

A while ago I opened the freezer to take the smoked bratwurst for my dish. I found a Tupperware with already made chickpeas. And I remembered that they were specially good. So I did not take out the bratwurst and decided to cook the cabbage tomorrow. Maybe if I´m less lazy in the evening, I´ll make coleslaw with part of the cabbage. I love to eat it for breakfast and for snacks. Do you change your menu if you don´t feel like cooking?

I used to keep the menu the same if I had fresh meat to cook. I don't like to keep it in the fridge too long.

I have already decided what to cook this evening. I bought some sausages so I shall do a sausage casserole and toad in the hole. Two different meals in one go.

@marguicha It is sausages you put in a batter mix and cook in the oven. I guess a bit like a yorkshire pudding!

Sometimes we don´t want to eat what we cooked and prefer a little something left in the fridge.
