We start a new week here in the land of keep your distance. To help keep up the sanity (or insanity, whichever way you look at it), I’m doing a countdown of songs with titles appropriate to the situation. Most people don’t even remember this was a single, thanks to the two big megahits that followed (“Money for Nothing” and “Walk of Life”). Brothers in Arms is one of those albums I enjoy listening to: just sitting down and doing nothing but enjoying the music. With the wide variety of styles on the album (the beautiful “Your Latest Trick” has always been a favorite, with that jazzy saxophone from Michael Brecker highlighting the song), there’s no shortage of listening pleasure to be found.
