Random Thoughts for 3.22.20.

I need to figure out things with my schedule and Daily Blogging Challenge (the A to Z of Me Challenge, not so much), but I'll deal with that a little later. I just feel like sharing some random thoughts right now.
I'm doing a thought dump, so if this is too long for anyone, just hit the back button.
- I ordered my Mom's Easter present (already had the candy, and I'm reusing her basket/bucket from last year), and since she doesn't even know how to read other posts other than my Gratitude Challenge (I just asked her, and then told her to not to until after Easter), I can share it. I ordered her a keychain of The Walking Dead off Amazon. She collects keychains and loves The Walking Dead, so it's perfect. For those who watch, it has a charm of Negan's barbed-wire baseball bat on it. I also bought her M&Ms, Peeps, Hershey Kisses and Reese's Pieces, and that's it because I've noticed that she doesn't always eat the other stuff I buy her lol. Sometimes less is more though. She's only allowed to do her Easter shopping via online for now, but she doesn't have to get me anything. I make her a basket every year because I enjoy it.
And yes, I'll disinfect the package when it gets here.
- I'm thinking of dying my hair burgundy again, just to do something that makes me happy. I can easily order it online. I don't want to do it just yet because my niece bought and applied the blonde highlights in my hair a few weeks ago, so I don't want to undo it right now. Plus, I like them. It'll be a bit before I can place the order anyways. I wasn't going to do burgundy until NKOTB's next tour (whenever that is, at this rate), and after my sister's wedding next year, but I know how to remove it, and what to use (which can also be ordered, so I don't have to go out for any of it), so I think a one-time thing will be okay.
- So I was thinking of things to do inside or in the yard in the midst of the craziness. Actually, I have a list of things I can do when I'm not working. I've decided, since I work from home anyway, the best thing I can do is stick to my routine (and save the other stuff for the evenings/weekends), as it gives me a sense of normalcy in all of this. My writing orders (I have another project to start, so that'll keep me plenty busy), survey sites, MyLotting, NKOTB Blog, etc., the usual.
- I do want to start spending more time in the backyard, since it's closed in (via wall/fence), but it's chilly today and I'm working on some Textbroker orders, so nah. But where did Spring go lol?
- I haven't been sleeping well these last few nights, mainly my fault, so I need to fix that tonight. I kind of put a limit to how long I'm working (until 9-9:30pm or so), so let's see if I stick with it.
Alrighty, I'm too tired to share anymore thoughts. I hope you're all taking care of yourselves.

Sounds like a very nice, and perfect Easter gift! I still need to get stuff for my son....I thought it was towards the end of April, not the 12th so I am not prepared. Guess next time I need to get a few groceries I will pick up some things for him. The dollar tree might work, as long as it stays open.

@MommyOfEli2013 Gotcha. Well at least you'll have a few things for him on Easter.

@tammys85 I got a few items at the store....it's not a bunch, but a few things he'll like. I heard that everything is being shipped....just non-essential things are not a priority so they are a bit delayed. I made an order the other day and says I won't get it till May 1st lol

I love the Easter basket idea for your mom. I know she's going to love it. I'm glad I got what I could for my mom before they started wanting us to not be out much. Phew. Though I wish I could get more stuff. But I did just get her two new pairs of shoes and some socks. Lol.
Stick to your deadline. Or you'll never stay on track. I get wanting to work and finish but you can't keep using it as an excuse for staying up. You have to DECIDE to go to bed at a decent time. Even if it means getting up a little earlier the next day to finish up.

Thank you. My staying up the last few nights wasn't work related. Some of it was reading stuff, some of it was not getting comfortable, as well as struggling with what's bothering me. I'm very tired and cranky so I stopped working about 15-20min. ago. My brain is done for the night. :-/
Thanks! :) I legit got a text that her key chain was shipped a few minutes ago! I hope it'll be here in time for Easter, but if not, it'll get here eventually, and she can have her candy in the meantime. Less is more with my Mom. A few packs of her favorite candy and a keychain will make her happy, and IF I can get out before Easter for a grocery shopping trip, I'll add a Diet Coke to her basket. I don't know when I'm going out again though.

@Courtlynn I'm putting together my work schedule first, and I have my Gratitude Challenge, and then I'm out.
Aw. I told Mom if she wants to get me something, there's a cheap NKOTB DVD on Amazon, but she doesn't HAVE to get me anything.

I got out for a walk yesterday. It was sunny and nice but by the time I started home the sun was getting lower in the sky and I was freezing when I got home. And I didn't feel good at all. I'm glad I got out with a friend, keeping our distance with each other and people we encountered along the way.

@tammys85 They are now taping Mania, it wont live anymore. Its now in performance center with an empty audience. Can they at least use nxt trainees as audience, they live in the PC anyway.

@CaptAlbertWhisker I know. I wouldn't mind them using the trainees as an audience, though I still wish it was going to be postponed.... but it is what it is. I'll tune in because I want to see Edge/Orton, Cena/Fiend, 'Taker/AJ and Drew/Lesnar. If it wasn't for those matches, I'd consider skipping it this year.

Thanks! I always enjoy putting one together for her.
That's true. I've wanted to go for a walk but it wasn't in the cards this past week. I sat outside though. I'm super careful though. I can't risk my Momma getting it. And thanks. With three dogs and a 10yr old here, it's good to have it fenced in anyway.
