This is Not What I Expected - Doctor Update

So my ear ache has not gone away. In fact it has become really itchy which I think is from the ear drops. I called my new family doctor this morning and he wanted to prescribe me antibiotics again. I said that the doctor online had prescribed antibiotics for 5 days, isn't it supposed to be 7 days? He said, yes 7 to 10 days. He asked if I had any allergies and I said no. Then he said, "But you have stage 3 kidney disease." What the heck!!! I am seeing an Internal Medicine specialist because my Creatinine levels have been over 100 but not too much over 100 and have gone down as I continue to try and drink lots of water. I said my kidney function is at 85%. He said it's at 52%. Of course I freaked out and started crying when I got off the phone. I immediately called my Internal Medicine specialist. The receptionist looked at my records and confirmed that I am stable and do not have kidney disease. I've asked that the doctor call me back. Don't I have enough health issues to worry about that I get this thrown at me too?
