Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well.
Let's just start with the weigh in.
Yesterday: 184.8
Today: 182.8
Down 2 pounds of what I had gained.
Blood sugars:
Fasting - 84
Meal 1 - 107
Meal 2 --
What did I eat today? I only have had two meals.
Meal 1 -
Pizza wrap
Fajita size low carb tortilla, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni
Meal 2 -
Burger King
Order of chicken fries
shared some fries with my husband
After the meal I did have dessert. Two little chocolate Easter cakes.
Tomorrow I WILL be back on plan, so don't worry.
Macros (approx.)
Calories - 1,053
Protein - 34
Fat - 61
Net Carbs - 91
My calories were pretty low....but the carbs being so high might make my weight go up tomorrow. We will see.
What do you think? Also, how did you all do?

I think I got in around 1,300 calories and I walked 3 miles and loaded and unloaded lumber.
