Everywhere has taking safety measures to combat the pandemic. Aside from having a ECQ or lockdown in other places, the only permitted business establishments are limited to supplier of basic commodities, drugstores, banks, etc.to name a few. Here, as part of their social responsibility those establishments remind also the entering people to do their shares. Social distancing is observed. Seats and lines have markers so that a person won't go beyond at it. Alcohol and hand sanitizer are also provided. Most of these establishments require their customers to wear a mask and adopt a no mask, no entry policy. Only one person per household also is given the authority to go out to purchase the family's needs and the person should have a ECQ pass to be permitted.

We are also in a lockdown, only one person per family can go grocery shopping and only buy the essentials. All those over 65 must call a volunteer, going out is not allowed.

I don't think the mask can prevent the virus from sticking to our body, I notice the doctors here are very tightly dressed and they can still be infected.

Well according to them offers little or no protection but at least it can still prevent the droplet of saliva to land elsewhere.

What is this ECQ pass? Something issued by the hospital to certify that this person is safe?

It's a piece of paper bearing the identity of the authorized household personnel certified by a village chief. This is a pass honored by authorities when a person go out since the place is under the state of enhanced community quarantine.
