I don't know what day is anymore

Romania

When things are normal, and I go to work, I usually work 7 days per week, with a few exceptions. Now, that the castle I work in is closed down and I am permanently at home, I start not knowing what day it is. Of course, during the day I find it out, but sometimes, when I wake up, I don't realize what day it is. This happened when I was working, too, but not that permanently. Is this happening to you, too?

Yes it does. Before I could orientate my self with places where I work, now I can't since I am online every day everywhere.

I think this is the problem with me, too. I had a good time orientation, always.

@mrki444 I see. It will take a while until it will get back to normal.

@Nevena83 Do you have a particular reason for that?

Not really but between my mother with ALZ and all this craziness, I do find myself having to stop and think about what day it really is. We may all end up bat axed crazy before this is all over.

@rappeter13 Thank you. Stay safe. Find some puzzles, books, television, something to keep your mind occupied. Stay safe!

@kareng I have no problem with that. I finished a book, I have bought an e-book and I also have other books waiting in the line. I also play on my phone, I go out in the yard to play with my dog and I also do some chores. I started to accustom to this.

I try to keep my mind calm, and it worked until now. But the days are very similar to each other and sometimes, I have to think about what day it is. Wishing you peace of mind, too!

I'm unemployed so I'm used to counting the days.

We are the same in this matter. I guess we don't have what to relate time to.

I think many of us are having the same experience these days. Most of the time i check on the calendar or ask my children what date and day already. It is confusing, right? Unlike those days that we regularly go to work from Monday to Friday.

I go to work usually every day, even Saturday and Sunday. But because my routine has changed, days look similar.

The days do tend to blend together, and occasionally I have to check my calendar

Luckily, my phone writes which day it is. But I guess it doesn't really matter.

You worked so hard. I hope you will find another job soon and then you will realize what day is today again Good luck

I have the same job, and I don't really want to change my work. And I managed to shorten the working week, outside the summer period, so it is better now.

Yes, it is although being retired it doesn't matter too much as the days are all much the same. Vince used to go to golf on Tuesdays and Thursdays so we could work out the other days from there. But now we don't go anywhere.

Football was helping me a lot to figure it out which day it is. And also work. I guess now we realize that Einstein was right, time is certainly relative.

It seems hard to always know what day it is. But I figure it out during the day.
