I don't know what happened to you exactly, but in my experience, not all the voices of doubt are negative, or based on jealousy. In fact, I often hear the words like "what if" from my father. He is a thoughtful man, and kind of pessimistic in my view. He will takes some negative factors into account and gives me some warnings and tips. Sometimes I benefit from his questions, sometimes I ignore them. But I have never been bothered by that. It's just my personal opinion.

I could relate to that. And the biggest bringer of negative energies in my house is my sister. Always complaining, always shrieking and always blabbering on how hard her work is, despite that her office is just a few minute from home and most of her tasks are office work.

@andriaperry that's even worst lol. In the case of my sister, she needs to toughen up a bit. Me, my mom and dad all worked in far away places. Our works are also more demanding. My dad works on sales, my mom is a school teacher, I am an engineer. The thing here is to always see that bright spot amidst the stresses.
