MyLot, just putting it out there right away, I make NO MONEY whatsoever from ANY of my YouTube content.
So, I of course posted and shared my Coronavirusville parody of Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville. I put it here and shared my SoundCloud link. But my sister suggested I make a little video and post it on YouTube since not everyone HAS SoundCloud, and not everyone wants to open an account to listen.
So, that is exactly what I did. That is, simply posted a lyric video of the song on YouTube and decided to share it here.
Hope you like it.

lol. Oh gosh. In a way I hope not. Jimmy Buffet may come calling. It WOULD be neat though, if I am being honest, to go viral. I have never gone viral before. I guess anyone could share this on Facebook and Twitter and we will see what happens.

@andriaperry I thought about doing some live play shots and adding those in. But I just use Movie Maker and it is just VERY time consuming to time the video to the audio with that program. Maybe just for fun, one of these days I will get a program I can tie into my recording software AND make it much easier to time video to audio. Plus, on top of that, I only have my cell phone to get video, and it makes it hard to transfer large video files to my computer.
I spent enough on my "studio" equipment. You'd think I would want to put some of that to video at some point. Oh well.

Yeah. That was at the recommendation of my sister since not everyone has SoundCloud and not everyone wants to sign up for it, but most people have access to YouTube. I thought it was a good idea.
I figured there might be some here in the same circumstance. So, not to toot my own horn, but wanted those who could not listen to have a chance if they wanted to.

That was absolutely great. Amazing the creative mind when bored. But seriously I would love the news to pick this up.

@porwest Oh yes, I replied back to you on yt. I also shared it on another site I visit. You may pick up a few views from there but not many as that site is really small at the moment.

Thanks. I really do appreciate that. I already knew how to play the song on my guitar. Just had to spend the time working out some new words and put it together in a recording. Had a lot of fun with it and it seems to be getting some good traction. Who knows? Maybe the thing will go viral. lol
