It's not clear yet if the community quarantine or lockdown as other would comfortably think so end up soon here. There's a growing clamor that it should be extend. If that so, it's really hard for many people affected financially to deal the prolonged situation.
I admit that my finances is draining substantially. I think I'm withdrawing my little money over Paypal. I need that just in case. However, my card that was link there already expired. If I link my other working cards, it would undergo procedures that took a little time but because of the situation, not as fast as I could imagine the processing may be.
If we let our minds work, probably there's a solution and that was I am thankful with. It came to mind that my niece has a friend in the neighborhood who has an online job and asked if she has PP account and would willing to grant me a favor. To transfer my money to her account and include it during her withdrawals. In that way, I'll no longer wait for the processing procedure. I'm glad the person grant the favor and even give me the cash immediately from her pocket after I made the transfer. So good of her.

Won't Paypal fees eat a lot of it? It would be like a double transaction already not unless your niece's friend would withdraw 7,000 pesos or more from her account.

@hereandthere agree but only after exhausting all other options cause sometimes the fees and deductions are " madugo" (bloody)
