One Minor Problem

There is one problem I am having with my phone! I get an error message when I try to upload pictures I took with my camera to mylot. Sometimes this works, but many times it does not. Is my camera?

The photo taken with a phone are usually larger than 3MB, they must be smaller to be uploaded here.

@db20747 It is easy, you resize your photo and try again. There are online sites to resize a photo without the need of a software.

A larger photo is not allowed to be uploaded to Mylot. Usually within 300K will be better. Although you can still upload a bigger photo but sometimes it will lead to some problems. At least I think within 1MB will be fine.

No, I think it's a problem with the site. It happened to me several times when I started a discussion, I thought my discussion did not post because I got the error message. You could try editing and cropping your photo to reduce the file size.

@myklj999 a lot of members do not know that. It happened to me ( got an error message)even when what I was posting did not contain any picture
