Almost 2 Hours Workout!

Today I did another work out, so day four of working out (although not in a row). I did three different 30 minute work outs, plus 15 minutes of another one. I wanted to see if I could burn 1,000 calories....and I did. I will share one of the work outs below, like I usually do. I hope they are helpful to someone. I started with a pretty easy cardio workout, then a hip hop dance routine workout (the one I am sharing) and then I did a 30 minute TaeBo workout. Wow that's amazing and no I haven't worked out unless you count carrying groceries inside lol.

@MommyOfEli2013 lol no I didn't make more than one trip as I will kill myself carrying everything at once so I don't have to go back.. You're welcome and I can understand where your coming from and I need to do the same.

Thank you....I just really needed to do something....haven't lost as much as I hoped to so far in 2020 and didn't want to come out of this quarantine ordeal weighing more lol. And it could count....did you make more than one trip? lol!

@hillhjill Haha....I am the same way....I will carry them all if possible just not to have to take another trip And I am sorry that you need to do the same, I am glad you understand....but being in this position is not fun lol

Just can I keep up with everyday is the question. I do have more time with the lockdown....so maybe I will come out of it a lot lighter lol

That is amazing! I do some dance workouts, but they are not routines or anything, it is like performing a concert for me haha I will do that or just a basic workout tonight, I don't know.

Thank you! And just dancing is a nice workout too....and just doing a concert for yourself is fun too. The work out I shared has a fun routine and it's pretty easy to learn the steps. It has a little bit of sit ups and push ups at the end too lol.

Hip-hop dance routin workour is always the best for me but today I was busy and couldn't engage in any workout activity.
