Sneeze!!!

That loud sneeze ( of course you aren't going to hear it ) signals that I may having a cold or allergy trigger. No, I'm not going to get sick. I drank plenty of water and will look for cetirizine. This may be the result of too much heat here.

I will try it to prevent from worsening. I also gargled a salt with salt solution.
